Branched chain amino acids 8:1:1.
Branched-chain amino acids comprise three essential amino acids: L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine. Branched chain amino acids, when the organism is subjected to effort, are able to promote protein synthesis and can serve as substrates for energy production (through gluconeogenesis).
The BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) in the new formulation more enriched in leucine allow, according to various studies, to have better results in terms of support for muscle mass and recovery.
