Micellar caseinates have slower absorption and digestibility times than whey proteins, as there is a constant release of amino acids to the muscles. The gradual absorption of micellar caseinates makes it a protein suitable for recovery also due to the large amount of glutamine it contains, which must be replenished as it is lost during physical activity. Micellar caseinates contain less than 0.1% lactose, this characteristic makes them suitable also for intolerant subjects.

How to use: 25 g. Dissolve 3 scoops of product (25 g) in 250 ml of water or skimmed milk.
