Breakfast was born from the need to have an ideal product for breakfast, nutritionally well balanced and not loaded with sugar like many other products in the same category. Breakfast contains rolled oats, whey crisps, cocoa beans from Peru, flax and pumpkin seeds. These ingredients have been selected to obtain a product with a high protein and fiber content (oats contain beta-glucans, which are positive for intestinal balance), low sugar content and gluten-free.

Furthermore, flax and pumpkin seeds naturally contain essential fatty acids, mineral salts and B vitamins.

Beta-glucans contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of beta-glucans from oats, oat bran, barley or barley bran or from mixtures of these beta-glucans.

How to use: one pack contains 8 servings. It is recommended to add the product (50 g) to milk or yoghurt.
