Mass Formula is a balanced and easy to digest blend, composed of carbohydrates and proteins, with the addition of creatine, glutamine, taurine, lipoic acid, carnitine, vitamins. It is a product developed as a gainer, to provide energy before a workout (at least 2 hours before). The addition of creatine increases the performance of short, intense and repeated physical activities, while glutamine is one of the most abundant amino acids in the muscles and has an anti-catabolic action. Finally, taurine and lipoic acid have an antioxidant action.
How to use: it is recommended to dissolve 5 scoops of product (corresponding to 50 g) in 200 ml of water or skimmed milk, twice a day.
