RM1 is a mix of nutrients whose synergistic action promotes muscle support after intense and prolonged training or competitions. The basis of the product is carbohydrates (maltodextrin and fructose) to restore muscle glycogen. The role of creatine is to replenish the phosphocreatine stocks in the muscle and therefore to intervene on energy production in support of muscle mechanics. Branched chain amino acids (5g per serving), present in the 8:1:1 formulation, promote protein synthesis. Glutamine (2 g per dose) is among the most abundant amino acids in the muscles, its rate decreases after physical activity and therefore must be replenished. Magnesium, in this context, plays an important role in helping to promote protein synthesis while potassium supports normal muscle function. How to use: 5 scoops or 2 sachets (50 g) per day in at least 500 ml of water.
