RM PUMP RECOVERY MIX is a blend of nutrients indicated for recovery after intense physical effort. The basis of the product consists of complex carbohydrates and, unlike RM1, whey protein. Carbohydrates are represented by Vitargo®, a high molecular weight starch which, more than any other carbohydrate tested, reduces recovery times. Proteins intervene in the support of muscle mass, rebuilding the structural part. L-glutamine and L-leucine are very present in muscle tissue and contribute to its maintenance. RM PUMP Recovery Mix guarantees an antioxidant action thanks to the presence of vitamin C and vitamin E, preventing the damage attributable to free radicals on muscle membranes.

How to use: it is recommended to take 5 scoops (50 g) in 250 ml of water.

Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. If you are being treated with hypoglycaemic drugs, consult your doctor before using the product.
