Nutri Ride pre-workout is a blend designed to have energy available during training. Provides a substantial portion of carbohydrates derived from maltodextrin, Vitargo® and oatmeal, plus a protein portion from hydrolysed whey protein. Arginine is a semi-essential amino acid precursor of Nitric Oxide, the latter promotes vasodilation and, therefore, better blood circulation to the muscles. Glucosamine is involved in the metabolism of glycoproteins essential for the connective tissue, playing an important role in the structure of the cartilage and therefore of the joints.


How to use: dissolve 100 g of product in 150-200 ml of water and shake. Take at least 90 minutes before activity.
