Warm Up Pump Evolution contains active ingredients which, working synergistically, make up an excellent pre-workout. L-arginine, in combination with L-Citrulline, supports the production of Nitric Oxide, which by acting on the muscles of the blood vessels produces muscle relaxation and consequent vasodilation. This process underlies the need to always prepare the muscle with a good warm-up before undertaking any sporting activity. The synergistic action of L-arginine and L-Citrulline is a great way to support muscle warm-up. β-Alanine is a non-protein amino acid, precursor of carnosine, which buffers the muscle acidity induced by the accumulation of lactic acid. Warm Up Pump Evolution also contains maltodextrin and fructose, easily digestible carbohydrates necessary to cover energy needs before physical activity. Finally, there are taurine, caffeine and vitamins of group B, the latter favor energy metabolism and reduce the sense of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use: we recommend taking one sachet a day to dissolve in water, just before physical activity.
