Olympia Professional Protein 90 is a blend of three different proteins with different absorption times: the rapid one (from whey protein), the intermediate one (from soy) and the slow one (from caseinates). The prolonged absorption of the mixture makes it a product suitable for maintaining muscle mass, especially after a workout.

How to use: we recommend taking 3 level scoops (30 g) dissolved in 200 ml of water or skimmed milk.
